Prof. Andrii Bieliatynskyi, North Minzu University
Andrii Bieliatynskyi is a Deputy Director on Science of the Institute of Airports, Head of the Chair of Airports and Motorways Reconstruction of the National Aviation University, Academician of Transport Academy of Ukraine, Academician of Engineering Academy of Ukraine, Honoured road-worker of Ukraine, member of an International Association of Specialists of Industrial Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor. He has graduated with a distinction from the Kyiv Automotive-Road Institute on the specialty "Highways and Airfields" (1988-1993). On completion of the Institute he worked as a road master of Gaivoronskyi district road -repair-building area.



Prof. Sonya Coleman, Ulster University
Professor Sonya Coleman has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing from Ulster University in 1999 and a PhD in Image Processing from Ulster University in 2003. She is also the Cognitive Robotics team leader within the Intelligent Systems Research Centre at Ulster which hosts a range of mobile robots and vision systems. She has 230+ publications primarily in the fields of mathematical image processing, robotics, computational intelligence, computational neuroscience and capital markets engineering. Prof. Coleman's research has been supported by funding from EPSRC award EP/C006283/11, the Nuffield Foundation, and the Leverhulme Trust. Additionally, she was co-investigator on the EU FP7 funded project RUBICON, VISUALISE and SLANDIAL. In particular, VISUALISE focussed on the development of bio-inspired vision systems. In 2016 Prof Coleman was appointed as secretary of the Irish Pattern Recognition and Classification Society and in 2018 was appointed as a Visiting Professor at North Eastern University, Shenyang, China. Prof Coleman is currently an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems. In 2009 was awarded the Distinguished Research Fellowship by Ulster University in recognition of her research contribution.


Prof. Mi Lu, Texas A&M University
Mi Lu received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Rice University, Houston in 1984 and 1987, respectively. She joined the department at Texas A&M in 1987 where she is currently a professor. Lu’s research interests include computer arithmetic, parallel computing, distributed processing, computer architectures and algorithms, computer networks, computational geometry, and VLSI algorithms. She has authored 4 book/book chapters and published over 200 technical papers in professional journals and top-venue conferences. She was invited as Panelist and Keynote Speaker, and was the winner of Innovative Paper Award by CSCI. She was the Conference Chair of 5 premium conferences and served on Technical Program Committees of 12 conferences. She has been a Guest Editor, Honorable Editor, Topics Editor, and on 5 editorial boards of professional journals including the IEEE Transactions on ITS. She has served on the review panel of the National Science Foundation. She has been the chair of 51 research advisory committees for PhD, Masters and Post Doctors. She was a selected Who’s Who of Professional Women. Her name has been listed in Who's Who in America, and Who's Who in the World.


Prof. Youxi Wu, Hebei University of Technology
Dr. Youxi Wu is a Ph.D. Supervisor and a Professor of School of Artificial Intelligence, Hebei University of Technology. He received the Ph.D. degree in theory and new technology of electrical engineering from Hebei University of Technology, and was a visiting scholar of University of Vermont (2009.8-2010.8, UVM). He is a senior member of CCF, a member of CCF TCAIPR, CCF TCDB, CCF TCAPP and a member of IEEE and ACM. He got two research grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) (61976240, 61673159) and two research grants from National Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province. Three of his students were awarded excellent master's theses of Hebei Province. His current research interests include data mining and machine learning. He has published 30 research papers in famous journals including IEEE TCYB, SCIS, INS, KBS, ESWA, JCST, Neurocomputing, JIS and APIN. He served as a reviewer of NSFC and many journals, such as IEEE TKDE, KAIS, TETCI, KBS, FGCS, JIS and MTAP, and Vice Chair of the Technical Committee on Computer Applications (CCF TCAPP).
